With its history and its privileged panoramic position, Azienda Agricola Monte Fasolo is a place brimming with tradition and one of the most popular destinations in the Euganean Hills.
In 2017, it was taken over by the current owners, who embarked on an ambitious project to renovate and enhance the business and the surrounding area, with a strong focus on sustainable development. All the vineyards are currently being converted to organic practices, and will be certified organic from the 2023 harvest. Particularly worthy of note in terms of the current wine-making activities are the project to promote the historic Carménère variety and the vocation for the Traditional method.
